ABOUT US:
In February 2008, three lobsterman came to a revelation. In the
local lobster market,
the only thing that mattered was weight. A lobsterman would make
more money
by intentionally catching soft, weak lobsters instead of taking the
extra time to hunt for the best.
As lobster lovers, we realized that there was a better business
model available.
We created Griffin's Lobster Barn in order to brand and market our
premium product.
If we catch a lobster we aren't satisfied with, we sell it to the
other distributors.
We take pride in giving our customers a quality product at an honest
